CODY, Wyo. — Ricards Bernhards scored an unassisted power play goal 55 seconds into to boost the Great Falls Americans to a 4-3 victory over the Yellowstone Quake in a NA3HL contest Friday night.
Bernhards also had the short-handed goal off a Reed Link assist that tied the match and sent the game into overtime with 50 seconds left in the third period. Austin Krantz and Link also scored for the winners.
Jake Stephan, in his first game for the Americans, saved 33 of the 36 shots he faced.
