BILLINGS — Seven different players scored goals as the Great Falls Americans defeated the Billings Bulls 7-2 in an NA3HL hockey game here Friday night.
The victory broke a two-game losing streak for coach Jeff Heimel’s Americans, who are now 7-2 on the season.
Arseny Ivanov, Ricards Bernhards, Mitch Ramstad, Miles Giorgione, Blake Miller, Brendan Jester and Adam Apangalook all tallied goal for the Americans. Great Falls out-shot the Bulls 56-28.
Goalie Jake Stephan had 26 saves for Great Falls.
Ivanov also had two assists for the Americans.
Great Falls is off the rest of the weekend. The Americans play on the road in Wyoming against the Gillette Wild next Thursday and Friday, then return home Oct. 24 to meet the Bozeman Ice Dogs.
