GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The Great Falls Americans hockey team hosted the Gillette Wild on Saturday, October 6th at the Great Falls Ice Plex. The Americans came way with a 6-2 victory to increase the team’s record to 8-1 on the year and sit at second place in the Frontier Division. Gillette falls to 2-4 on the year.
Jens Juliussen led the Americans with 2 goals. Matt Janke, Payton McSharry and Jack Olson also picked up goals for Great Falls.
The Americans will go on the road next on October 11th to play the Bozeman Icedogs, the game starts at 7:30 pm.
